The 1976 Lion Annual (published in the winter of 1975 when Valiant weekly had cast off the Lion merger but still retaining many of her strips.This would be Lion's first effort without a parent weekly ) , features a popular British Robot on the cover. 2 Adam Eterno stories are contained inside - a six page picture story of Adam in 1879 delivering a gold key to Dundee and getting involved in the Tay Bridge Disaster. Mike Gage and myself labored over whether or not this was a reprint from the weekly , but a search revealed it to be original. The second story in the book is another original , this time a text story about  pirates set in the 18th Century.
